Mr. Vusumuzi Lucky Mandlazi was born in  Mpumalanga Lowveld in a village called emabondweni.

He completed his Diploma in Labour Relations, and a B Tech Degree in Human Resources.at to Vaal Triangle Technikon which was later changed to Vaal University of Technology where

He further attended and completed Finance for Non-Financial Managers in Pretoria University, Honours Degree in Retail Management through Gordon Institute Business School, Supply Chain Management with Penn State University ( USA).Currently he is pursuing Mphil Change Leadership

Mr. Mandlazi is a spiritual and corporate leader with a vast experience in people management. A father, husband, brother, Son, facilitator, coach and business speaker, he worked for Levi’s Strauss & Co. as a Human Resources Director for Africa, Middle East and Pakistan. He worked for national and multinational companies in human resources leadership including but not limited to Edcon Group- Regional HR Manager, Compass Group- National HR Manager for Africa, Nampak Group- Learning & Development Manager, Massmart- HR Executive for Makro etc. He is part of the W&R SETA Alumni for International Leadership Development Program.

He is a Farmer, Executive Head: HR in Pharmaceutical industry, member of Operating Board, member of Board of Trustees for Pension Fund & Medical Aid, Member of W&R SETA ILDP steering committee.

He is also a member of the Global board of Trustees for the Red Tab Foundation, a global initiative by Levi’s Strauss & Co. He is also serving as a Trustee and Secretary to the BMMT Foundation.

He served in Christian leadership at his tender age, preaching in schools SCO’S, communities, led youth ministries, and is very passionate about sound family values, helping people thrive and making a difference to people. A former secretary of the South African Council of Churches Youth League and currently a contributor to the World Christian Encyclopaedia, 3rd edition through Boston University (USA).

Having completed his Certificate in Ministry, he is currently studying his Diploma in ministry through Omega Global University.

Vusumuzi Mandlazi is married to his beautiful wife and pillar of strength Lebohang Mandlazi in 2007 and they are blessed with three kids; one girl Nhlakanipho and two boys Mpumelelo and Mpendulo ka Mandlazi.

Mr. Mandlazi is a Presiding Bishop of Believers in Christ.
