Mr. Ramadwa is the founder of the Maano Ramadwa Education Foundation which aims at mentoring young people to discover and polish their innate gifts from a young age.

Over and above his teaching qualification, Mr. Ramadwa holds an Advanced Certificate in School Leadership and Management from Matthew Goniwe school of Leadership. He has done work for many schools across the Gauteng province and beyond, including districts and various retail stores. Mr. Ramadwa lives in Johannesburg, South Africa.
