Biography of Christopher Denga

Christopher Denga was born in Tembisa on the East Rand in Ekurhuleni. He is currently residing in Kempton Park.

He completed his high schooling in Tembisa High School. He completed a Diploma in Financial Management and also completed a Certificate in Ministry from Team Impact University.

He was in the corporate world for more than 35 years, the last 10 years in the capacity of Regional Sales Manager in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

He left the industry in March 2020 to focus on Prison Ministry after being appointed as Executive Director of Prison Fellowship SA also known as Found By Grace, an NPC that presents Prison Programs in SA Corrections Centres. One of the Program, Sycamore Tree Project – Justice and Peace, is a Restorative Justice Program that focusses on Offenders taking responsibility for their actions and trying to repair the harm their criminal activities have done to the community.

He is also the Chairman of the Evangelistic Movement For Christ (EMC) which caters for ex inmates’ reintegration in the community they once wronged.

He enjoys going to gym to keep fit. He has completed 10 comrades marathons and other ultra marathons around SA. He  plays golf and cycles.

He is a Child of God who serves under the Leadership of Pastor Christopher Mathebula, Hope Restoration Ministries in Kempton Park.
