Vezi Mncwango is the founder and director of The Thought Coach, a company whose primary goal is to facilitate the alignment of organisational systems and mindsets for an ecological enhancement of all stakeholders’ value in the workplace.

Vezi is also the co-founder of Ubuntu Kithi Network, a non-profit organisation that advocates for the advancement of Ubuntu consciousness.

Vezi is a leadership coach and a Professional Associate at GIBS, the business school of Pretoria University where he coaches and integrates on leadership.

Vezi is a certified Master Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He also holds a BComm (Accounting) Degree from UKZN.

Vezi is well travelled having worked throughout Africa, the Middle East and many parts of Europe.

Vezi has authored 2 books, Transforming Glory and Vessels of Glory. These are books about how people can be transformed and be a reflection of God’s love for humanity.
